The Firefly lunch menu features build-your-own sandwiches with lots of choices including panini style, three different breads from Madison Sourdough, and tons of veggie choices. We also offer a wide variety of soups (see below for this month's calendar).We have a few ideas for specialty sandwiches:
* Turkey, bacon, provolone cheese, tomato, mixed greens and pesto
* Ham, swiss cheese, red onion, tomato, mixed greens and dijon mustard
* Roast beef, cheddar cheese, red onion, tomato, mixed greens and parmesan-herb mayo

In addition to sandwiches, the Firefly offers a wide variety of soups. Heart healthy soups have an 'H' in parenthesis following the soup name. Vegetarian soups have a 'V' in parenthesis following the soup name.
Saturdays and Sundays are barista's choice, so they are not scheduled.
